Alien
The project involves the creation of a set-piece representing a room in a human colony, where the aliens have nested. The room will be 9 m² and can be built up and broken down with relative ease and speed. The walls can be locked together in different ways or can be set up as separate pieces on events where the available space is limited. The set piece can be made to look different every time, depending on available space.

At the moment, three panels have been built. It concerns one basic support element and one side-panel. The first base-element offers the possibility to use a television or monitor en has room for lights and a speaker. The side-panel represents the typical alien cocoon environment. The middle panel offers the possibilty of photoshoots, where people can put their head through and pretend they have an alien bursting from their chest.

This is a new subgroup within BCD. Aside from costumes from both the SG-1 and Atlantis series, we are working on a set piece representing Abydos.

The first part would be the so-called Dial Home Device, which serves to dial the Stargate to its correct destination.

But of course, a DHD isn't worth much without an actual Stargate.

Another project concerns the Ancient monolith as seen in the double-episode "The quest" from Stargate SG1's tenth season.
