Props, vehicles and sets
The Belgian Costume Division VZW is known all over the world for its wide range of large scale props, vehicles and set pieces from all kinds of movies. Especially our large range of Star Wars props is well known. We were honoured to have been filmed for a documentary made by Prometheus Entertainment, made for Lucasfilm, because they know us and what we have to offer extremely well. Over the years we've built extremely good personal contacts with them, which no one in Belgium can best.
The documentary's working title was "Star Warriors" and it is supposed to air on the History Channel, then be released on DVD.

Our full range of large scale props is listed below.

74-Z Speederbike
Heigth: ca. 1.75 meters / Width: ca. 1 meter / Length: ca. 4.50 meters
The speederbike has room for 2 persons and is one of the most wanted props on numerous events.
The speederbike offers the possibility to use a "blue screen"’ in the background and a scenic setup around the bike and thus create unique interaction for the audience. Our cameraset can film visitors on the bike and project the footage onto a big screen, where the blue screen is replaced by a forest. This way, we create the impression that the visitor is flying through the forest of Endor.

Jabba the Hutt palace
The Jabba palace set, made by our Prospector squad is without a doubt the most impressive film-set replica Belgium has ever seen. Lucasfilm already told us they are mightily impressed by this unique piece. Not only does it offer an authentic background for the visitor, but the Prospectors also bring a unqiue live show, filled with dancers, creatures, bounty hunters, a band,... thus bringing the audience a fascinating Star Wars act.

AT-AT (All-Terrain Armoured Transport)
Heigth: ca. 5.75 meters / Width: ca.2.50 meters / Length: ca. 6.20 meters
The AT-AT is what it is: huge! Just like its original from "The Empire strikes back", its heigth alone strikes awe in any visitors heart. It is possible to comfortably walk underneath the AT-AT. This caused the four-legged walker to be a central point of attention on many events.

Incom T-47 snowspeeder
Heigth ca. 2.50 meters / Length: ca. 6.20 meters / Width: ca. 6.20 meters
The snowspeeder is an incredibly popular vehicle from the Star Wars movies. It was used on the icy-cold planet Hoth, in the fight against the Empire's mighty walkers.
Two persons can take a seat in this prop's cockpit. It is a fantastic experience, especially for people who have brought their camera. We will of course provide authentic helmets and a pilot and gunner to help visitors with boarding and liven up the picture. The snowspeeder comes equiped with light, sound and smoke effects.

E-web cannon with snowtrooper
Heigth: ca. 1.80 meters / Length: ca. 2.70 meters / Width: ca. 2 meters
The E-web cannon is known to be the largest infantry weapon in the Galactic Empire's arsenal.
It can be used with an accompanying dummy, dressed as a snowtrooper from "The Empire strikes back". This costume can also be worn by an extra, which will heigthen interaction with the audience, especially for photo shoots. The surroundings can be dressed with white camouflage nets, recreating the icy look from Echo base on Hoth.

Moisture Vaporator
Heigth: ca. 4.50 meters / Diameter: ca. 2.50 meters
This prop can be seen in every Star Wars movie, showing scenes on Tatooine. It can be used as an ordinary ‘hang around setpart’, eg. to create a certain mood at the entrance of an event. When used with a couple of Imperial troopers, the visitors can be submerged in a familiar scene...
‘ STOP ! IDENTIFICATION ! HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE THOSE DROIDS?...
MOVE ALONG ! THERE IS NOTHING TO SEE HERE….’
Visitors will immediately catch the Star Wars virus... Interaction is the keyword yet again.

Incom T-65 X-Wing fighter
Heigte: ca.0.50 meter / Length ca.1.20 meters / Width: ca.1.20 meters
This prop is a scale model of the most famous starfighter in the history of science fiction. It can be used on a stand or can be hung on wires if the event organiser can provide this. Which option is chosen... this starfighter is famous and inviting for taking snapshots, especially when we provide a starfighter pilot in the foreground.

R2-D2
This little droid is one of the most famous icons from all Star Wars movies. This blue-white beeping guy assists the heroes in every movie, but is especially well-known for having its own will.
Within BCD VZW, there are several members who own an R2-D2 replica, or are in the process of building one. Because they all value quality, they are members of the international group known as the R2-builders, with which we share good contacts for years. This is the best proof we can offer of our droids being extremely accurate. All droids are built from aluminium or other sturdy materials, are electronically powered in one way or another, have lights and other electronic extras, all depending the personal whims of the builder.
Do not be fooled by others who would offer you an R2-D2 from cardboard: we are the only Belgian club who can provide an R2 which looks like it should.
Everybody loves R2-D2 and the whimsical little droid just loves to have his picture taken.

Stargate and DHD
The Stargate and DHD make a special ensemble. It’s size alone is impressive and the added event horizon effect will make visitors want to step through towards other planets without thinking. The Stargate lends itself perfectly for photoshoots, allowing multiple people to stand onto the stairs. It is a very popular set piece on all kinds of sci-fi themed events.
The Dial-Home-Device (DHD) comes with the Stargate and can be placed anywhere room permits. The DHD is used to form the address of the planet the Stargate needs to connect to.
Costumed extras can be provided to liven up the scene and give a better experience for the audience.

Ancient monolith
The Ancient monolith appears in several Stargate SG1 episodes from episode 9 onward. The monolith is carved from rock, has artificial sides with Ancient lettering and usually hides a teleportation device of some sort. It was most notable is the season 10 double episode “The quest”, where it was a vital instrument in hiding Myrdinn’s laboratory from the Ori.
The replica can be used as a stand-alone prop, but it serves best when combined with the full Stargate and DHD.

Post-nuclear war set dressing
Following the shooting of the short film "Reboot 57", the Belgian Costume Division VZW has acquired a large portion of the costumes, weapons, tools, boxes and set dressing items. These are available to provide a small "dug-out" from a post-nuclear war to your event. The amount we have available is quite large, so we can provide everything for a large dress-up, or just part for a smaller set-up.

Mannequins
For exhibitions and similar goals, we have up to 6 different mannequins available. These can be used for displaying a variety of costumes.
